1. Definitions

4. Account Registration
4.1 Single Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the ocwins Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated Funds.
4.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the ocwins registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ocwins login credentials, including your password and any two-step verification codes. 4.4 KYC Verification

5. Deposits

6. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

- Players may only participate in a Bonus offer once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

8. Gaming Rules

In the event of any technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error during a game round:

13. Termination
ocwins reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or other legally binding instruction requiring Account closure.
Upon termination for reasons other than Player breach or fraud, any verified Funds remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable processing procedures.
